Photography is the documentation of life, once that shutter has clicked, the moment has passed and history is made. Some may be familiar with project 365, a simple concept, take a photograph everyday for 365 days. This blog is an extension of the project; the goal is to keep photographing every day, who knows how long? It is an excellent archive to look back on, see how things change. Change can be subtle, such as different coloured flowers being planted each year to a changing landscape with buildings being demolished and new ones built. This blog archives life’s diversity and my encounters.

2016 10 17 – The last leaves on a tree outside of Bruce Hall hold on as cooler temperatures move in. The following day there were no leaves left on this tree.

2016 10 18 – A student checks something on his phone while walking between classes at Queen’s University. A bright fall maple tree makes for an excellent background, along with the beautiful architecture of Summer Hill.

2016 10 19 – Students take a break at the Smith School of Business. It was named after Stephen J.R. Smith who donated $50 million back in 2015, the largest donation ever made to a Canadian business school.

2016 10 20 – Leaves line 5 Field Company Lane as a students walks through a puddle on a rainy day.

2016 10 21 – People wait for the bus on University Avenue as it pours during a second straight day of rain.

2016 10 22 – The Five Star Farm off Scanlan Road in Sydenham held a family fun day with hay rides, pumpkin carving and fun activities. A little rain didn’t hold people back from coming out and having fun.

2016 10 23 – A few people enjoy the beautiful lookout at Rock Dunder, a hiking trail in Morton, Ontario. Hundreds of people made the hike on this beautiful day. The highway was lined with cars in both directions.
