Photography is the documentation of life, once that shutter has clicked, the moment has passed and history is made. Some may be familiar with project 365, a simple concept, take a photograph everyday for 365 days. This blog is an extension of the project; the goal is to keep photographing every day, who knows how long? It is an excellent archive to look back on, see how things change. Change can be subtle, such as different coloured flowers being planted each year to a changing landscape with buildings being demolished and new ones built. This blog archives life’s diversity and my encounters.

2017 03 27 – Newly bought tulips begin to bloom in our kitchen. Tulips require a period of cold dormancy to activate germination, known as vernalization.

2017 03 28 – The evening sun shines on my hours-of-service booklet used to track driving and work hours. The most recent addition is my first official day driving school bus.

2017 03 29 – One of two emergency exit windows on my 26 passenger school bus that I test every morning, along with one emergency exit on the roof of the bus.

2017 03 30 – A “Much Dance 2000” compact disc that I picked up from Value Village to play in the school bus. Some of the kids were asking for older songs.

2017 03 31 – A 76 passenger school bus is faintly seen through a window on this rainy spring day.

2017 04 01 – Caution tape is wrapped around some scaffolding off Wellington street at Brock street, where construction is wrapping up on a new condo development.

2017 04 02 – Fresh new green leaves make their way through the soil in our front yard as spring tries to make an appearance.
