Photography is the documentation of life, once that shutter has clicked, the moment has passed and history is made. Some may be familiar with project 365, a simple concept, take a photograph everyday for 365 days. This blog is an extension of the project; the goal is to keep photographing every day, who knows how long? It is an excellent archive to look back on, see how things change. Change can be subtle, such as different coloured flowers being planted each year to a changing landscape with buildings being demolished and new ones built. This blog archives life’s diversity and my encounters.

2016 11 07 – The setting sun creates long shadows as a student makes her way through the Medical Quadrangle at Queen’s University.

2016 11 08 – Presidential candidate Donald Trump leads the polls around 11:20 p.m. during the 58th quadrennial US election. Donald Trump held the lead to become the 45th President of the United States over Hilary Clinton.

2016 11 09 – Beautiful colours fill the evening sky as the sunsets over Horsey Bay near Norman Roger’s Airport in Kingston, Ontario.

2016 11 10 – Geological students look over mineral and fossil samples during the 20th Annual Miller Hall Gem and Mineral Sale.

2016 11 11 – Students place their poppies on a wreath in front of the Cross of Sacrifice after the Remembrance Day ceremony. The wreath represents victory of the eternal sprit over death.

2016 11 12 – A Christmas ornament hangs in an evergreen tree off the Humber Trail in Toronto near the McMichael Canadian Art Collection.

2016 11 13 – A rugby ball soars over a Queen’s Gael player during the Ontario University Athletics championship game at Guelph University. The Gryphons took gold in the second round of kickoffs. The game was tied 17-17 at the end of regular play and 24-24 at the end of overtime play.
