2014 07 21 – A beautiful top sirloin lightly coated in a
herb rub and cooked for 70 minutes around 325 Fahrenheit. This cut of meat
comes from the back of the cow, just below the tenderloin.

2014 07 22 – Chris, one of the student geologist at the
Bancroft & District Chamber of Commerce, examines a mineral for a collector
while out on tour to Craigmont Corundum Mine. The Canadian Corundum Company
began operation in 1900 and it lasted until 1913 when a fire destroyed the mill.

2014 07 24 – A few mineral collectors look through the soil
at Millar’s Mine during a Mineral Collecting Tour. The “Mine” was opened in
1900 as a prospecting location for radioactive minerals and phosphate.

crystals to come from the Bear Lake Diggings locality near Tory Hill, Ontario.
